These terms of service govern your use of avielg.com and any consulting services provided by Aviel Gendler ("I", "me", or "my"). By accessing this site or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.

Consulting services

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate services agreement signed by both parties. In the absence of a signed agreement, the following applies:

• All work is provided on a project or retainer basis agreed upon in writing (including email)
• Payment terms are as specified in the project proposal or invoice
• Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice unless otherwise agreed
• Deliverables remain my intellectual property until payment is received in full

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, and code — is my property or used with permission. Blog posts and articles may be quoted briefly with attribution and a link to the original. Full reproduction is not permitted without prior written consent.

Upon full payment for a consulting engagement, I grant you a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables I created for your business. I retain the right to reference the work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
